- That as all the payments are received through Payment Gateways or through various e-mode, once the prospect accepts terms and conditions of our services and agrees to avail services at his/her free wish and will and above all considering the fact that astrology is a pseudo-science and predictions and forecasts varies from one person to the other and even from one service provider to other; hence, refunding in term would not be entertained, nevertheless, if the prospective customers are not satisfied with the selected astrologer services, they, may approach with new payment to the other astrologer or may write to chief astrologer at glistenastrology1968@gmail.com for improved or better insight and review of the predictions and forecasts made by the astrologers empaneled at Glisten Astrology but refunds in any of the state will not be entertained and executed,
- Yes, in case of technological errors and omission, if there exists any major financial loss to prospective customer, in that state too, queries will be readdressed under the moderation of Chief Astrologer but refund will not be executed,
- That if a complaint is received within 24 hours from any prospective customer regarding irrelevant answering of the questions, or mismatching or overlapping with any other customer as sometimes frequent login and logging out conditions from customers side may cause confusion and may lead to predictions mismatch, in that conditions too, customers are advised to be careful while selecting an astrologer whether he/she he exclusively free or not for online chat session,
- That we at our Glisten Astrology platform, are not interested to save any Credit/Debit Card details (however, there will prompt a message whether a customer wishes to store Card Details or not for future transactions at out platform- that will be at the discretion of the customer to click YES or NO), however, it is customers prerogative otherwise he/she needs to fill up their Card details again to go for new inquiries,
- That in the event of any deficiency/disruption in our services is brought in our notice and duly acknowledged by us, the customer will be entitled to avail extension of premium period equal to the duration of disruption by the Customer.
- In the event of any hacking or fraud payments, the customer will be liable to pay ten times the original payment for fixed inquiries and online session and such defaulters would (may) be debarred from future actuation/ interactions on the Glisten Astrology App and the site.
- Penultimately, the CEO of the Glisten Astrology exercises the complete arbitrary rights to dispose any matter at his/her discretion but that would definitely be in the highest interest of customer and ultra-customer satisfaction.
